I’ve stayed here in the past and have always had a great experience, however, the room that we were in this time, didn’t meet our expectations. It was clean, but it was definitely time for a new mattress because there was a dip/sink in the middle, which made it hard to get a good sleep. The blinds did not go up, there was no light above the bathroom sink, and the desk leg was about to come off! It’s certainly time for some updates to the room! The staff was nice as usual, and the hotel itself was clean and smelled nice,so all in all I would stay here again, but definitely not in that room.

no filters.. It is a Hyatt so as far as appearances, they are all there.. A good-looking place, modern, with Free breakfast in the AM. Aside from that, there was only one person attending the reception, as well as the bar and the mall kitchen offering a small menu. The place was busy when I got there at least 3 deep, and it never slowed down. I came down later after going up to my room to have a beer and a burger, bit the attendant was still tied up checking in desk, so I waited about 10 minutes without even a recognition I was sitting at the bar. MAKE Sure you ask for a room on the opposite side of the HIGHWAY, because I tell you, the traffic passing in front of my room was so loud, I barely got ANY SLEEP... Being so loud, I am pretty sure you can still hear it on the other side..

Staff was very kind and courteous. Arrived late, but gentleman at front welcoming and ladies in the morning very nice, ESPECIALLY the lady working the breakfast area! The room however did need some attention though- cabinet broken, drawer broken and had previous tenants toothbrush there, no trash can(except bathroom), AND partition wall had something red(?) splattered on it!

They seemed to be under staffed as everyone had to wait un extra hour to check in. Our room was clean but clearly in need of repair, molding coming loose, and tables that had loose legs about to fall down.

Took two hours after check in to get in the room! No towels and had to Waite for them to be washed! The guy at front desk was a one man show! He had to wash towels check people in and run the bar! He was great!
