Overall was good. Floor was dirty and there was a toothpick left in the trash can, but loved the long bench in the room. More hotel rooms should have this. The bathroom had good counter space too. Staff was nice and is in a great location.

The facilities were great and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was one of our queen size beds creaked and made loud noises every time I moved and it kept waking up my wife and child. Other than that everything was amazing! We love the AC hotel. This was our second stay here and we will stay there again!

Hotel front desk staff is great!! I had some issues because my last name was spelled differently on my reservation and they didn’t stop until they corrected it!! Morgan, Fran, and the sweet girl when I checked in were wonderful!

I stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Jackson Ridgeland this past weekend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and well-kept, which made for a very comfortable stay. My daughter was playing in a softball tournament nearby, and we truly appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was after long days at the fields. The staff was welcoming, the location was convenient, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families, travelers, or anyone looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay in the area. We’ll absolutely return the next time we’re in town!

My room was nice and cold during a heat wave. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet in a packed hotel. Loved walking around hotel at dinner options. Nice that I didn’t have to drive each night. We travel to Jackson each year for soccer. This will be our team destination from here on out.
