Wonderful Stay
Amazing location, and amazing stay. We had a wonderful time staying here, especially om New Years Eve. The apartment was within 2 blocks of tour bus stops and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We truly had a magical stay.

Convenient Reykavik luxury lodging
Excellent accommodations!
One of the most convenient stays ever. RFID tag opens foyer doors automatically and then literally 2 steps to the door of the apartment.
Parking is 50ft from the front door. It does fill up, but we only had to do street parking 3 times during our 5 days there. We never had to walk more than 1 block to get to our car.
Be sure to accurately state how many people will be staying when making the reservation. Even though it sleeps 6, they only provide enough sheets and blankets for the number of people stated in the reservation. If you forget, just email the hosts as they will drop off the additional sheets.
Hosts responded very quickly to any inquiries
Washer and dryer were extremely useful. I believe the dryer ran off of geothermal heating rather than gas heating, so just be sure to account for extra drying time. pretty sure this is normal in Iceland.
Ocean view was nice, although limited slightly by 1st floor location. It is a very calm bay view, so you're not going to see raw Icelandic weather beating against shoreline. Still very nice to wake up and see distant mountain range as well as people walking along the waterfront. View is obscured slightly by a prominent gas station, but still great otherwise.
We loved the place and would definitely stay again next time we are in Iceland.

Great apartment with amazing location and view
My wife and adult son had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at this great apartment. The apartment is spacious with all the necessary amenities needed for a week long stay. The space offers adequate privacy and more importantly in a quiet location. The host and property manager were readily available from booking until check-out. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center and across the street from the water boardwalk. Look no further if you're looking for a great place to stay for a family.

Excellent property
The condo is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Every cooking utensil and appliance you could want in a kitchen is there. Beds are very comfortable. Extra blankets, pillows and towels are provided. The location was perfect for exploring downtown. It was wonderful to step out the door and walk along the waterfront everyday. Communication with booking and check in was seamless. We hope to return to Iceland for a summer visit. If we do, we will be sure to book this unit again.

Fabulous spot and apartment
Lovely apartment, fully equipped, clean and wonderful! The location was perfect as we wrapped up a 9 day tour of the ring road of Iceland. Allowed us to walk the downtown, explore and have a lovely dinner. Thanks again!

Fantastic location in well appointed flat!
We had the pleasure of making this lovely flat our home base for 8 nights. The location is walkable to everything in Reykjavik, but still very quiet. The laundry and kitchen are fully stocked with all necessary items and the space allowed for complete privacy for my husband and myself, as well as our 2 teenaged children. The property managers were accessible before and throughout our stay and always provided excellent communication. I can not recommend this property enough for families of 4!
