Great location, a little dated but would recommend as it does 'tick all the boxes'! Rooms were large, air conditioning, hot water etc all worked well. The older style decor made some areas of the hotel a little dark but it was all very clean and tidy. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but when we did, they were helpful.

Dissapointing .

I asked twice to move to a room with a double bed but told no rooms available. No perks offered considering I’m Platinum and extended a further two nights plus I’ve booked it again on the 23/7 as it’s very central for Reus. No Tea or Coffee in room a small refrigerator that leeks. It’s a shame I live the classic design though.

It was very good value for the money paid. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were on the eight floor. At night we could hear people talking in the room next to us but to be honest we thought it might an insulation issue or maybe it was just our room. It wasnt worthy of a complaint bearing in mind what we paid. In all, very good value.

The hotel is well situated but very dated. It's advised on the website that there is a restaurant and that's one of the reasons we booked this hotel and yes there's a restaurant but we was told we couldn't eat in there as two coach parties were staying and there wouldn't be enough food for us. On going to look at the restaurant there was two rooms, one for the coach parties and one for other guests that was empty?????. In the morning we went for breakfast, not great to be fair but the food that had been put out for us was taken by the people coming across from their dinning area. If this sort of situation is going to arise , guest's should be informed
