Our bed was infested with bed bugs. We checked out and notified the staff. Of course they said they couldn’t do anything since I booked through a third party. That seems to be the obvious answer all the time so they don’t have to reimburse anyone.

The hotel was RIGHT off the freeway. The front desk had no layout map to show me, but spoken instructions were clear. The walk to the room was outside, not in a hallway in a building. I was dressed for spring, arriving at 2300. It was cold outside. Breakfast ends at 9. I didn't know that until 0905

You get what you pay for

The bed was hard, the bath faucet was loose and the toilet paper holder would pull out of the wall when used. The hotel was downtown and I had a corner room overlooking the roadway so it was very noisy.

We booked 2 rooms. When we arrived to one of the rooms it smelled like smoke. In that same room, the next morning one of the kids had what appeared to be a mosquito bite only to find out it was probably bed bugs because when we were leaving he had a bunch of bites all over his body.
