The pool area was not clean at all, and I imagined a bigger pool area looming at the pictures, BUT it wasn’t, now we had booked a non-smoking room, and unfortunately ours had a foul smell of cigarets and weed, very unfortunate/ uncomfortable. My wife and I stayed here for a week. June 24th -June 31. We enjoyed our stay except the room we had needed some help. First, the room entry light was burned out so we just happened to run into a maintenance worker and he fixed it. Then the faucet in the bathroom barely had any water pressure which could be fixed with some delimer. Same thing with the shower head. It was bad and very surprising. The mattress was broken down and needed flipped or replaced. My lower back paid the price. By the way this is room 1537. We enjoyed eating at the cafe central just because of the food, but don’t go to the bar and be on the look out for a bar tender named Angel !! She’s a bit scary as we got preached to on her religious beliefs and how we’re going to hell. Seriously can’t make this up. Service was horrible but the food was good. Angel needs some help because this was unacceptable. We stopped going there because of the poor service. Other hotel staff were awesome. Valet was great!! Overall the hotel wasn’t terrible but not satisfied as to return . There should be better signage to direct you to the front desk. We walked into a sea of slot machines and had no idea where the front desk was?

We always enjoy staying at the Silver Legacy when it is just my husband and me, but we took our kids this weekend. We went to the pool for the first time and were surprised that it is only 3.5 feet deep across the entire pool. It is also heated, which is great for winter but not for the almost 100-degree weather when we were there. We also tried to book a cabana, and although they were open, we would be charged full price for the 4 hours vs 1.5 hours that were left in the am slot. I was willing to pay a prorated price for just the 1.5 hours, but not full price. They would have instead received some amount of money rather than zero. The staff is always kind and helpful; I noticed hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower when we arrived in the room, a little gross, but nothing too crazy.
