The gentleman that checked us in was so nice and helpful. My son loved the big window and view from the room. We ate in our room each night just for the cool city view! This was a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Great location in downtown Reno with free parking. The room includes a fridge and a microwave, which are very convenient. There is also a heated pool on the 7th floor, which is a nice bonus if you’d like to go swimming.

Very nice and helpful staff, large room with very comfortable bed, quiet location away from the glitz of downtown but only a 5 min walk away when we wanted to check that out! Nice to have parking included too.

The venue was spot on. An old style historic hotel had all the detailed looks and feel of the old days. Very quiet, very clean, very old style and the hotel staff was on the spot very nice, polite and extremely friendly.Thank you very much for a pleasant experience. Slept extremely well for 3 nights!

There is no power socket near bed so if you like to use and charge your iPhone when in bed, you are out of luck! The room furniture appears old but reasonable clean. The elevator in the garage was broken when we were there and we had to use the staff elevator. There are random loud street car noise in night if your room faces the West street.
