Whether you're looking to kick back and relax or catch up on your favorite shows, this living area has everything you need. You also have a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. Walk right on out to the balcony for a breath of fresh air while enjoying your freshly brewed coffee using the drip machine.



Kitchen:

The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, crockpot, and drip coffee machine.



Dining Area:

The dining area is furnished with a sleek table and 4 comfortable chairs. Conveniently located next to the kitchen, this area will be perfect for your morning meals or evening sit-down dinners with your family or friends.



Bathroom:

This full bathroom is supplied with all your bathroom essentials and complimentary toiletries like plush white bath towels, a plush makeup towel, and a travel-size hair dryer. The shower is equipped with a soap dispenser filled with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

1. Cyan Park: Only 4.1 miles from our location, Cyan Park offers a delightful experience with many amenities. This park has have playground equipment for children, BBQ grill for your planned picnic, Basketball court, and dog park for you pets.

2. Huffaker Park: Located approximately just 2.7 miles from our property, Huffaker Park is 9-acre park known for its 1.7 mile walkand run trail with its scenic views and native plants.

3. Crystal Lake Park: Just 2.8 miles from our property, this park offers public tennis court, playground, picnic table and BBQ grill perfect for a chill weekend night.

4. Mira Loma Park: Situated just 5.1 miles away, is an excellent choice for those seeking a field for skateboarding, baseball field, tennis court and a basketball court. Picnioc tables and playground is also available in this park.

Special Offer for Guests with Multiple Pets:

We’re excited to offer a discount on the pet fee for guests bringing more than two pets. Our standard pet fee is $75 per stay for up to two pets. If you plan to bring additional pets, please reach out to us in advance for approval and to receive a special discounted rate.



Pet Policy:

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have specific pet restrictions. While we love all dogs, we are unable to accommodate Wolf hybrids, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pinschers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines to help maintain a pleasant stay for everyone.
