Great property for our needs while attending a trade show at the Atlantis Convention Center. Centrally located and easy to get to and from. This was our third year in a row staying at this property and no issues at all. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a 5-day stay. Will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Checked in and there were bugs everywhere! We contacted VRBO and the owner and let them know we were leaving and need a refund and went to a local hotel. VRBO said it's up to the host which was frustrating but asked for photos which we sent. We booked the hotel before we knew if the refund was issued which took a few hours to confirm. However, it was confirmed and the owner said a pest company had been out. There were alive and dead bugs which means it wasn't cleaned that well. Happy they did the refund same day though otherwise wouldn't not recommend.

Amazing Stay – Perfect Location!

We had an incredible stay at this property! It was conveniently located near the Reno Sparks Convention Center, making it super easy to get around. After spending a full day exploring the stunning Lake Tahoe, it was the perfect place to return to—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to relax and recharge. The hosts were responsive and made our stay seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great home base in the area!

House is older and needs some repainting and up keep. Has a smell of a old house. Cleaners are terrible never changed the sheets and lots hair in my bed the first night. With a little more care the house would be good. Close to Peppermill. Neighborhood was queit.

The property is simplistically sufficient for a vacation stay. We had everything we needed for our stay in Reno. The beds were comfortable. The owners responded immediately to an issue we had upon arrival and quickly made everything right. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great property for a business trip.

Repeat renter at this location. Perfect set up for 3 business professionals attending a trade show at Convention Center. Will definitely look to stay here again next year. Neighborhood is ok, but no issues at all for us during both stays. Driveway parking was a nice feature fornus.

Four of us 'ladies' stayed in this lovely home. One flew to Reno from Portland and one from So Cal and 2 drove from Berkeley and Sacramento. We enjoyed the home but were also visiting a resident so didn't spend a a lot of time. Mornings were long talks over the convenient dining table. Plenty of linens and everything spotless. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. While the house is older, but it could be fixed up nicely. No pictures on the walls and no color in the house. Had a hard time getting in as door lock doesn't disengage properly. Had to call owner. No patio furniture to hang out on porch. No screen door. You have to spend money to make money. House just screams for some personality. Other than that it sufficed.

Christmas Stay

We arrived to Reno around 5pm and we had only a 10 minute drive from the airport was super easy to find. We got into the house with ease and it looked just like the pictures. They had everything we needed and then some, we would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.
