Review
Thursday night a refrigerated truck left engine on, very noisy. Front desk lady was kind enough to provide a room just for the night so kids could sleep. Friday night same truck left engine on. Called the front desk to have the person here (Lizzie) rudely telling me nothing could be done. That the people had paid their room like us and could do whatever they wanted. I was shocked by the attitude and what she said. When you go to hotel and pay there is common sense and courtesy to be respectful to people around. If we had done a noisy party in our room for sure she would have taken action but in that case the was just raising her voice saying nothing would be done. My husband who saw the driver politely approached him, explained the situation and the guy moved his truck in another area of the parking lot. If my husband was able to make that happen peacefully why would that lady yelled at me when I asked her to do something. Really sad to see such a poor attitude when you pay to stay here. Beside that everyone else was nice but we will never come back for sure.
