Not dog friendly and handicapped accessible

Only certain rooms are “dog friendly” in the back of the hotel with a giant parking lot in between a sand spot for dogs to go potty…no grass like the pictures. Also could not get a room on the first floor which we needed for my disabled husband and dog. Also a broken elevator which meant not only walking stairs but also a longer distance. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere better. They sent a text message after the “stay” suggesting I tip the staff. They have a one sided text system, where they tell you to text if you need something, but you will not get a response from them.

Chose this hotel due to pet friendly and adjoining rooms available according to the listing. Adjoining rooms don’t exist at this hotel. Even though I called ahead asking for it and confirmed it with best western. Front desk didn’t even offer an apology. Then when I asked for rooms next to each other- was told none were available. Also without apology. She acted annoyed that I even asked. Pet area was sand only and was disgusting. Mediocre cleanliness in the rooms

I've never stayed at an Aiden hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Good restaurant on-site for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

4th of July

What a great little hidden gem! We decided on a trip to Reno for 4th of July, so I booked this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how new, modern, and clean this hotel was! Thw pool was great with a "grassy" are with games like oversized Connect 4 and bean bags. The beds were comfy. The only thing that was strange was that the vent in the bathroom was a grate on the wall, and we could hear the people in the bathroom on the other side singing in the shower. When I looked up at the vent, you could see the ceiling in their bathroom, straight through from one grate to the other which was concerning if someone was to try and look through.
