The room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly (especially the breakfast staff!). We have stayed here in the past and it’s always very nice. The only downside was that the pool was closed for 2 of our 3 night stay and my kids were disappointed. Would definitely return in the future.

Welcome back was great. Friendly staff. Room clean and bright. Comfortable. Shower has hot water almost immediately. Now all they need is heated floors in the bathroom and it'll be like home.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming especially after I booked at the last minute after terrible experience at another chain in Providence. The room was immaculate and comfortable added bonus of beer on tap in the lobby was a nice surprise. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and just 11 minutes from Providence
