I tried to cancel at 5:30 pm, before expiration, and they need a expedia number. I did not have one so I called expedia and they said they had trouble contacting the hotel. It was almost 6:00 pm but expedia said they will take care of the problem. When I got home I received a bill for the full payment and never stayed there. Very unhappy with the expedia lie taking care of the hotel.

Very old motel. That said, they really try and have put together a nice clean room. Wish door felt more secure. But with all my travel I generally avoid motels for security reasons. When i was tired during a drive and needed a quick place to stop I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Think I will add it to my itinerary next year.

Good for the price

Bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness was okay. One of the 2 lights in the bathroom didn't work, but one was enough. Overall it was great for the price.

Clean and comfy

Clean room, friendly staff, comfy mattress, great price. Close to highway without highway noise. Was very convenient and comfortable for a quick overnight stop. Multiple eating and gas options nearby.

You get what you pay for

Convenient location. Checked in late and had to stand out in the cold -25 degrees out- for 20min because lobby was locked. Sheets on one of the beds was stained in multiple areas and so were some of the towels. Bathroom floor was dirty with some drips not mopped up and some bugs and spiderwebs and also had drips going down the wall. I guess what you should expect for the price.

You get what you pay for. Very old and outdated facility and furniture. No toiletries in room. Mattress hard and uncomfortable. Area was quiet except when the police arrived to bust a guy. Receptionist was friendly. Conveniently located near my job and restaurants. Only stayed for a few hours, so it served it’s purpose.

Great motel

I have read the reviews of this place. I have been here since late o toner for work and jt had been a great motel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are alwsys clean and i have never seen a bug at all. I would highly recommend this motel.
