The hotel appears to have been used as a subsidized homeless housing property. Within the property there were numerous individuals milling about appearing to smoke a drug. The hotel clerk had to escort you to the room and unlock the door because they did not have individual room keys.

There was no breakfast as advertised. The WiFi was so poor that I had to pay more to my internet provider to get online. The room needed a complete upgrade. There was no coffee in the rooms, nor were there tissues or cups. There were stains on the bedding. Thank God, no bugs detected. Supposedly, we had one of the "better rooms"? I know you get what you paid for and this was a prime example!

The room had a strong smell and the bed was king size and had two very small pillows and only one set of bath towels. Overrall the hotel looked run down and dirty but I can say the room was clean

I wouldn't stay here again. I've stayed in bunches of hotels on this trip but this place made me feel very uncomfortable. If i had anyone with me i wouldn't stay here. Lots of broken walls broken ice, broken ac this is a sketchy place.

And if the reservation is made through Expedia at this hotel, I paid online with my credit card. I arrived at the hotel at 11 p.m., and they gave me the room key. The woman who assisted me said that they were overbooked and that they didn’t have any rooms available for me, and that I should call Expedia to get my money refunded. I called Expedia, and they say that they won’t refund my money, the hotel also doesn’t want to refund my money, and supposedly they say that I never showed up at the hotel, and that’s why they won’t refund my money.”
