We have been staying here for years. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear. Our microwave did not have a turn table, the air conditioner was so noisy we could not sleep and only one key worked.

The stay was fine but when we tried to check in, there was an issue because of Hotels.com. I had to call a service number and wait 30+ minutes before being able to check in. We got in late and it was very inconvenient. Not the hotels fault, concern was with Hotels.com
