Great for a short get away

We had a great stay. The hotel is very historic and has has been kept in great condition with all of it historic charm in place. Our room was very cool, but also spacious and comfortable. The downtown area has lots of cute shops and places to eat. Its a very scenic location, great for a short getaway. The restaurants and bars in the hotel are very good as well.

2 night stay .. no room service so no fresh towels. A small refrigerator would have been nice and microwave to heat leftovers. Need more directional signs to rooms. Would not recommend to friends. Too expensive.

Historical and beautiful!

My boyfriend and i stayed there for my birthday and we had a fabulous time! The hotel and all of the history is amazing. The sheets and pillows are luxurious and the bearclaw tub and beautiful robes in the room were a lovely touch. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

We have stayed here in the past and recommended it to friends. The best thing is the location. However, the property has seen better days - the room was very dark, the bathroom was dirty and the wallpaper beginning to peel from the walls, to name three issues. The WiFi was also erratic. The staff at check-in was barely “present”, same at checkout. We were never asked how our stay was. We will no longer recommend this property to our friends.
