You get what you pay for. We’ve been in some shady motels and had no problems. But this stay? We barely even brought our stuff into the room. It was dirty, the mirror had spatter on it, I found a liquor cap on the ground and two hair ties near the bed. The bathroom was filthy too. We ended up leaving and booking elsewhere, I was scared we’d get bed bugs with how filthy the whole motel was! I’d give zero stars if I could

It's obvious that they're in the process of upgrading the property. That said, there's a long way to go. The bed was the only clean thing in the room. Unfinished paint and drywall in the suite. Not likely to go back.

We didn’t stay!!!!! Staff said they had refunded the money but it never showed up on our credit card as refunded. Was disgusting dirty and someone doing drugs in hallway, and people fighting outside the front door. Wasn’t even vacuumed. Stunk like feces. Beyond gross

We arrived at your Hotel to find we were at the wrong one & your staff directed us to the one we were booked at witch we were thankful ! The hotel we were booked at turned out to be a disgrace & after seeing the room & how dirty it was we decided to not stay there & left ! We called your HOTEL to see if at all possible for us to get a room at such a late time & were happy to find your staff (GREAT ALL OF THEM )were great in getting us a beautiful clean & spacious room !!!! For sure we will tell any & all where to stay when going to Red Deer in the future....Thanks Again to all the STAFF for making our stay in your city pleasant !!!!

Building was old. The halls and doors were all very dirty and it smelled like a zoo in there. There was never someone available in a timely fashion at the front desk. Staff were very polite and helpful once they were available. The room was fairly clean but didnt have much for bedding on the bed. Definitely not a hotel I would stay at again.

Very old, run down hotel with bed bugs. Smelly, loud air conditioner. Will mot go back. It's a shame they are under Super 8 name.

Disgusting

This was the most disgusting super 8 i have every had the misfortune to stay at. The place had dried urine beside the toilet. The hallways would puff up in dust when walking, the room had cigarette butts on the floor when i checked in. Further to this I came back from work to find they "forgot" to clean the room just to be told they only clean every 3 days. The desk manager handed me the cleaning supplies to clean myself.
