Didnt like any of it. Would hVe spent the extra 30 bucks to stay next door at Sandman. Pool is in poor condition. Pipes rattle when someone flushes or showers. Tv did not work at all. Maple syrup on the side of my bed got onto clothing. Stained mattresses. Turn down service didnt do one of the 2 beds. Will be requesting something threw expedia

Hotel is clean and staff is very nice. Breakfast is included and is not terrible. Room are big and clean. My room was on a main floor with jacuzzi tub. What I didn’t like was being woken up at 2:45 am by multiple people talking over each other right in front of my room totally oblivious to the time then entering multiple rooms surrounding mine. Coming I. And out and then having a social gathering in the room opposite mine till about 4 am. Tried to call the front desk only to find out the phone in the room was only a decoration and did not work. Overall I would stay in this hotel again but not on the main floor.

The beds were comfy, the heat in the room was great, the little fridge and microwave worked perfectly, the wifi was fantastic, the tv in the room was huge with great clarity and sound. The hotel was extremely close to the Red Deer hospital and was the reason we booked at this site. Had it not been -20 we would have walked from the hotel to the hospital for the appts we needed to attend
