Was horrible. Staff was dismissive, not helpful. Had an issue with the door to my room. It did not lock from the outside and they did noy care . Very disappointed. I emailed the email address they gave me on their busisness card 2x and no one reaponded to my email.

Didn't feel safe at hotel - sketchy area. Door to my room wouldn't shut correctly - holes in the black out curtain - fitness center was pitiful -old equipment - no towels, nothing to wipe off equipment - missing equipment in order to lift weights, no cups for water. Dirty toilet when I checked in.

Comfortable beds. Clean property. Friendly staff. One big negative for me is a coffee maker in a bathroom. It’s unsanitary. Either don’t have one since you offer coffee in the lobby, or clean them up well and move them into the actual room.
