Take in the breathtaking sunsets and listen to the loons as they lull you to sleep. The sloping yard features large slab stairs that lead to the patio and dock, and the property borders a wooded area. The rocky shore provides deep-water access via a ladder on the dock or steps. This friendly neighborhood location includes a sports court for basketball, badminton, and volleyball, while a canoe and 2 kayaks are provided for you to explore the 3-mile long pond. For more water adventures, the dock can accommodate boats up to 24 feet, and the mooring can hold boats up to 14 feet. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking at nearby Rattlesnake Mountain, with shopping and dining options available nearby. There is no shortage of activities to enjoy at this prime location!
