Our check in started off a bit rocky, and so I expressed that on Expedia. Within about 2 hours of our check in we received a call from Mama Loa. She asked if she could meet with me to discuss.We agreed to meet with her and she was very attentive took notes and said she would share the information gathered with her team. Mama Loa is very passionate about her work and is an absolute professional! Great asset for this resort. After our conversation with her we were very pleased that we had chosen to stay here.Over the next few days, any time she would see us, she made the time to come and visit for a minute and make sure everything was going well for us. I cannot say enough good things about her. One other employee that I feel deserves special recognition is a young woman named Daisy. She performed so many different jobs at the resort it seemed like she was everywhere. She helped us out on several occasions. Lastly I would like to comment on the breakfast buffet. We could not have been happier with the selection of food items and the freshness of all the items being served. My favorite was the egg station, the young men working there were quick to produce your special requests!
