Room was clean but trash did not have bags. Staff at checkin was great but late night the gal was just on the phone having what seemed to be a personal conversation. Not very professional.

The check in was awesome. The agent was friendly, inviting, and helpful. Above the bathroom door had rust and it was no soap in dispenser. I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. When I checked out the front desk agent was not at the desk to notify condition of room.

Very noisy, both internal walls and noisy street. A clean hotel, nice beds, but staff was un-welcoming. Breakfast was subpar to other Holiday Inn Expresses. Packaged eggs, cold coffee, stale English muffins. Not up to usual standards.

This stay did not start off well. Initially it was wrought with much confusion regarding my reservation. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and vice versa for my prepaid reservation being “accidentally” cancelled. And what’s worse is this mistake was discovered by me within two hours of me checking in. After over an hour on the phone between Holiday Inn and Hotels.com it was resolved. I’d like to thank the front desk clerk from Holiday Inn for her patience, professionalism and compassion. Her dedication to customers was obvious and appreciated during that difficult experience. And to the customer service rep from Hotels.com for working diligently to resolve the issue on my behalf. While I was severely inconvenienced and exhausted, I’m grateful that it all worked out. The room was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area near many dining options.

All was good! Nice clean comfortable rooms- although when we checked in, not pleased having to wait too long to check in! We had an event to go! There was only one front desk staff & don’t know if she was fairly new but took way to long to check in customers we showed up 45 minutes late to event - We had only 1 person in front of us checking in - especially when is check in hours company should have adequate personal to keep up with customers - we had never encountered such a long waiting to check in!
