Lovely, well-equipped rooms with a great shower (which was much appreciated after walking the Milford track). Great proximity to the airport but would have been better if the hotel had an airport shuttle

Great little hotel walking distance to the airport. Stayed here for our last night before flying out after a multi day hike. Lovely service from check in to breakfast. Far superior than the hotel in Queenstown it’s self. Even though this hotel was a 10-20min drive from the main town the price and service as well as facilities would have me consider staying here again.

The hotel was very clean, neat and tidy. The room service was done every day .Staff are very helpful but unfortunately the entire audima hotel including in the podium they dont have microwave to warm the food.

We weren’t told that our breakfast included made to order eggs - and when we did order they took a very long time. Our room wasn’t quite ready at 1.30pm but when we went back that evening the keys hadn’t been coded or anything. Most staff seeed disinterested though the night staff were quick to help.

We had a really great stay overall. The room was extremely clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent definitely a highlight. The staff on site were lovely as well. One small area for improvement: I messaged the reservations team through Expedia but didn’t receive a response. It would be really helpful if reservations could communicate more promptly with guests.
