VIP Expedia came with sparkling wine but hotel also upgraded us which was a wonderful surprise! Great area of town and wonderful hotel. When I asked for cream instead of milk for coffee the front desk went to restaurant and brought me some. Every employee that we spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again.

What I liked great location walkable to restaurants and shops in old Quebec and Quebec in general. Price for room was great however, What I didn't like there wasn't enough sound padding between rooms. Heard way too much noise with my neighbors around my rooms. The room we were in needed the floor replaced as some of the floor panels were coming off.
