Sink faucet leaked when the water was turned on and a plumber had to be called to fix it. They tried to call my room, but the phone didn't work so I didn't hear it (I was right next to it).
Door lock latch had screws loose.
Window handle had screws loose
Expedia's search said they had a pool, but when I got to the hotel I was told the pool was closed since 2020.
I could easily hear the neighboring room having loud sex at around 10:30pm which turned into loud talking and loud tv until midnight. When I called down to complain, I was told "they shouldn't be at it all night", and when I tried to talk to a manager about a refund I was told "well, this IS a casino, so you should expect that".
Same manager said "since you paid less by booking through a 3rd party site, there is nothing we can do to give you a refund towards your room."
I will say that they did return the "resort fee", but that was all and Expedia could do nothing since that manager had to give the approval.
I will not be returning to Foxwoods again.
