We were never told that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. After paying $400 per night I don’t feel like I should have to ask for fresh towels or anything. I also never saw signage for ice and basics. The staff was non-existent. I would walk in the hall and say good morning or good afternoon etc. and get almost nothing but a grunt in return if anything at all. Just frustrating after spending hard earned money.

Overall stay was great. The first front desk attendant I dealt with was awfully rude though. Didn’t seem to want to give out needed info and felt like I had to pry everything out of her to know what was going on since my room wasn’t ready. The second front desk attendant I dealt with when I went back to get room access when the room was ready great! Great personality very informative. Other then that we enjoyed our stay!

We had check-in at 4pm but didn’t get our room till an hour later. They comped us the resort fee for the inconvenience but we would’ve preferred if they had given us another hour for check-out. The room was clean and bed comfortable but outdated. Overall, we had a good night sleep and fun at the resort.

Not easy to navigate

Signs are not clear where to check in and cars all over with no parking. When you walk in they just hand you your key and say here you go. I said where do we go we've never been here before. So she tells us go down the road and make the second right and you go down into the parking area. We go there and didn't realize there was another parking garage so we parked outside and had to walk a long ways with luggage to get in. Once we get in there's so many restaurants, a casino, and so many other places that we almost missed the sign for the elevator to get upstairs. The property is huge and they definitely should either give you a map or give you better instructions if you've never been there before. Especially when you're hauling luggage so far to get to your room. We actually found a quicker way that we could have went once we were there for a while but we didn't know in the beginning. Just not what we were expecting especially with the amount of money that we paid for just one night.
