The room was spacious, the hacienda was a bit outdated compared to others but very clean. Staff were a hit and miss some were friendly while some could benefit from retraining (waiters/hostess). The food was good. The beach was calm and that was great staff outdoors was polite and assisted in finding chairs.

The room didn’t have any doors between the bed and the bathroom, then the toilet didn’t have a door either, we didn’t have a phone in the room, and they ignored our room service request in their chat for over and hour, they just helped us once we went to complain at the front desk, food is bad, staff is not helpful at all. We only received a good service from Aldo and Felix at the beach area. Terrible experience, do not recommend at all.

Awesome resort and the staff is absolutely amazing, bring cash for tips because the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Stayed on the adults side it was pretty quite and relaxing. If your looking to party and get wild this is NOT the place it has a chill vibe here. A lot of couples and older married couples.

The property was very nice. The swim out room was great for getting away from crowds and having our own private area, however it isn't accessible to the main resort area. You have to walk through your room and back through the lobby or around the buildings to go to the main areas. Not a true swim out room. Private room drink service was dependent on how busy the pool was. Overall still fantastic and would do it again. The à la carte restaurants were so good and I highly recommend Il Formaggio for the best steak. The buffet was very hit or miss however. Be sure to stop at El Rincon for some excellent coffee anytime!
