No. We paid for daily maid service and was told they would clean only on monday. I emailed orbiz and then, we had service for 4 of the 7 days. The front desk person cared less.

Super nice hotel.

The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.

This was our first time staying in the Romantica Zone and it delivered. We were close to the beach with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. We were close to the Malecon and amazing restaurants in the area. We plan on returning in the near future as we had such a great time. Side note, the weather and of April is perfect and the ocean temp is warm.

I used Expedia to booked a (eight nights) Ocean view Suite at One Beach Street Hotel and was given a Suite that only if i lean over the balcony that was on the side of the building I will have a very partial ocean view. The Reception at hotel told me he could not help and i will have to take matters up with Expedia even though i showed him my reservation was for a Suite with a full ocean view. Bathroom floor was flooded when we first entered ..it was fixed promptly the next day and we enjoyed the Suite even though with no ocean view

Nice property. Close to beach and town. Clean rooms and staff were nice. The tv remote did not work ( ok cause we didn’t watch it anyway). Door hard to open and safe did not work. All in all not bad. Enjoyed are trip.

My stay was for 7 nights it was so bad since day one it smelled really bad we had no TV sofa bed smelled really bad so when we opened it it was stained so bad that it looked like dry blood we asked to be moved and the manager said no she was very very rude we had a leak in the toilet as well horrible experience

Overall I had a great experience. However, checking in was a bit of a cluster. There were no clear directions how to access the property in order to check in, other than the limited hours of the front desk. In the photos of the property the gates at the entrance/address of the property are shown wide open. When I arrived they were closed and locked. You had to enter through a parking garage in the rear of the building (under wear the pool is located). This needs to be added to the check in instructions to avoid confusion!!! Otherwise the rest of my stay was great. It was just a frustrating way to start my vacation.

Fair price

The hotel is in a great area, very close to the beach and minutes away from restaurants and shops. The only thing is that we paid for a queen size bed and when we got there our room had a full bed for my husband, daughter and my self. We made it work.

I like that it's close to the beach and very spacious, we rented a 2 bed, beach view. My complaint was that the office closes at 5pm, so if your air conditioner stops working, good luck (which ours did the first 3 days out of 6 days we stayed). Also, the parking in the back has a gate with a security that's supposed to be there 24/7, well one of those nights I couldn't get out to pick up my daughters because he wasn't there and there's no phone number to call.
