Ordered the family suite, which would've accommodated 3 of us by having our own beds. My reservation said 2 people, but since there was now 3, we got charged for the extra body. Cool, I get that. However, we were given a 2 bedroom suite. Once I advised the front desk person, she said our room was based on the original # of folks listed and there were no family suites available. This place is good for a no other choice, last minute, one night stay.. at best. It was not terrible, but I wouldn't stay again. No elevator, water pressure wasn't the best, but it's central to everything.

Wow honestly i do not write review but when i do it is either 5/5 or -1/5; this place is wow another level -2/5; i should have done more research but I am someone who judges by the pic and that's my bad; but this place has no hot water, and the door lock is not card but physical key; it is right on the street with other bars and the noise goes on till 4 or 5 am in the morning and i am not kidding; however the only star they deserve is the front desk is nice;

I always love staying here when I visit The area. It’s very convenient to everything in downtown Zona. Beach is not that far from walking distance and plenty of stores and taco stands nearby.

This place is extremely noisy and the balcony is next to a hotdog food place as well as a busy bus stop. This is a horrible location- I had to use earbuds to sleep the whole time I stayed there. This places has a lot of cockroaches I had to keep the lights on so that they would not get as many roaches. The staff overcharged me as they claim that Expedia only charged me for one night and they charged me do the rest. I tried to ask questions and the lobby lady was rude and later she even apologized by how bad she treasured me … horrible place to stay

Okay, with a good location.

Location is good. Wifi & cellular signal were intermittent. Patio is a concrete floor surrounded by 4 concrete walls, so you can see straight up, & that's about it.

Good Location & Comfortable Spot

Clean and comfortable and right in the middle of lots of spots. Only about a 10 min walk to the beachfront. The street is pretty loud at all hours and there is not a lot of sound insulation. Ear plugs help but if you are sensitive to sound you may want to look elsewhere. The staff was super friendly and helpful for our first time to PV.

The location is great and close to all bars and restaurants it is bit noisy but puerto full of night life so everywhere will be the same if that much close place.
