This property was very dirty, and no staff to clean things up. I have never been more disgusted with food in a resort.. i am not general picky. But could you server food hot? I am not exaggerating when i say the food in the bufett was cold right out of a fridge. Any complaint was met with ignorance or just plain pretend to not understand you. Never again, and we have stayed here many times over the years.

This was very unorganized for starter , only three people in the whole resort spoke any English and it was hard to understand, there was one fantastic waiter named Jesus very helpful and polite and try to make us feel comfortable, when we tried to ask for different thing no one understood us , the toilet broke on the second last day and they did nothing about it , very poor recommendation to this resort .

We only stayed one night so we didn't have a chance to experience too much of the property. The room was fairly clean but a bit dated. There were no towels in our room and had to ask twice to get some. The sink and shower drains were backed up. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet food was pretty good, especially compared to other similar places we have stayed. I have to say that I did find a hair in some of my food but the staff was apologetic about it. Overall it was a mixed experience but I wouldn't rule out staying there again. It wasn't an expensive place to stay so I wasn't expecting luxury.

Comfortable and relaxing.

Went for a few days with my wife and 2 daughters. Staff were amazing, especially the manager Gabriel, server Inez and bartender Jesus. Suite was roomy and comfortable, and having 2 bathrooms was great.

I came to this property and this was a disappointment for me. The property is unkept and very dirty. I spent 1 night and I had to leave. They were good to refund the portion of my stay.

Este Hotel no se lo recomendaría a las personas por la siguiente razones. 1. El hotel está lejos del malecón en carro aproximadamente 10 minutos. 2. La comida en el restaurante es de mala calidad y no tiene muchas opciones de comida. Este es un Hotel todo incluido, pero las opciones no son muy variadas. Las bebidas alcohólicas en el Hotel son de mala calidad. No tienen muchas opciones y no tienen sabor. Al igual que las opciones de cerveza solamente tienen dos opciones. La comida en el restaurante es de mala calidad y no tiene muchas opciones de comida. Este es un Hotel todo incluido, pero las opciones no son muy variadas. El personal muy amable y la limpieza está bien.
