I hesitate to leave a 5 star review because other people will want to book it and then it will be booked when I want to go back!!! It was fantastic and we will definitely be back. Ale was our chef and she was great. Excellent food and wonderful cook. Chefs, front desk, housekeeping and even maintenance were all very friendly and went out of their way to get us what we asked for. Very clean and safe. The only down side was walking in the alley to the condos. On that road, there is always a handful of locals dealing drugs. We just said “no thank you” and kept walking. It wasn’t unsafe and I never felt threatened. Just annoyed that they asked every time they saw us. But the condos don’t really have the ability to do anything about them. Overall, it was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed every minute.

Perfect for our group

We were 3 gay couples and this was perfect for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and nicely furnished. The open air living space really made it a great beach experience. But the best part definitely was our chef, Alejandra. She not only prepared delicious traditional dishes for breakfast and lunch, but was also the nicest person. She was amazing.For the beach, location was perfect. It was a bit of a walk to the bars but not bad.

My 60th Birthday Celebration

After a search of properties in Puerto Vallarta, Romantica Zone area, I decided on Vallarta Shores. We are four friends from 50 to 63 yrs old. We decided on Suite E, a three bedroom with a private pool. Daniel answered all of our questions before we arrived. Franco was excellent at check-in and Norma was a great housekeeper. We also chose to take advantage of the chef services they provide. Ally was an excellent chef and a sweetheart. I encourage everyone to take advantage of the chef service a few days. Food is great and a good value in place of the restaurants. The location, views and sunsets are perfect. I would definitely recommend Vallarta Shores and will return soon.

Nice condo, not family friendly location

Great service with Chef Irwin and Norma. Terrible location - you can hear club music all day. Every time we left the condo someone tried to sell my kids drugs. Garbage piles everywhere that you can smell from the condo.

The best

I've been to Puerto Vallarta at least 10 times and Vallarta Shores was the greatest experience to date. Daniel was so helpful in answering questions. The location right on the beach is fantastic. The views from the suite are breathtaking. Our chef, Irvin, was so accommodating and made us whatever we asked for. I still can't believe his services were included with the booking. It was just so relaxing and we hardly even needed to leave the suite as we loved it so much. We will return for sure!

Great stay at Vallarta Shores

From the moment we walked in, we knew we would love it there. It is very comfortable and housekeeping did a wonderful job. LuLu was also great-- good to talk with her and cooking was great!! I wish we would have known more about that service before and the menus available. They might be and I missed it. It was also great to meet Daniel. Oh, a suggestion-- possibly more palapas and/or umbrellas would really help, I think....just my perspective. Thank you all for a great vacation. Kevin

Boys Trip

My good friends, spouse and I always try and do a yearly trip to Mexico. This year we chose Vallarta Shore and hoped it was as gorgeous as the pictures. We were not disappointed at all. Amazing views, the pool was wonderful for a quick dip before bed. Our chef Raul was amazing, he made a great hangover breakfast, lol. It’s within easy walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and bars. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Very pleased with entire stay start to finish. Clean and well maintained premises. Friendly courteous staff. Simple check in and out. Accessible to all local area bars and practically located on the beach. Constant presence of local law enforcement and security. Uber and taxi access instant. *****SPECIAL THANKS TO FANNY, professional friendly and courteous person who we had the privilege to have as our chef.
