Location
Harbour 171 has the perfect location, it's 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, and only 10 minutes by bus ($0.50 USD) to city centre. Cabs and Ubers are readily available and the bus stop is just one block from the property. You can also walk to the Esplanade (Vallarta's famous boardwalk) in 25 mins. Supermarkets, trendy Versalles restaurants, and many other conveniences are also within walking distance.

The Area
Harbour 171 is located in the southern section of the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the centre point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (city centre).

Other things to note
• The final stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.
• Visitors are not permitted in the building during your stay, in accordance with condominium policies.
• Check-in ID: All adult guests must present a valid, physical government-issued ID in person at the front desk upon check-in. Digital IDs, photos, or copies shown on a phone are not accepted.
• Before arrival, guests will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of their identification. Violations of condominium rules may result in a fine of $100 USD or more, depending on the violation.
• Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn when using the building’s common areas.
• An access card is required to use the gym and will be provided at check-in. A $1,000 MXN replacement fee applies if the card is lost.
• Deep cleaning of the gym takes place every Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The gym will be unavailable during this time.
• Housekeeping: One weekly housekeeping service is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
• A starter supply of basic essentials is provided at the beginning of your stay. If you need additional supplies during your visit, they will be your responsibility to replace.
• Luggage drop-off is not available at this building.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
