Staff were outstanding! From our shuttle driver, to the welcoming reception personnel (changed daily and everyone was extremely helpful) and the restaurant staff. Complimentary Shuttle from the airport on our arrival and to the bus station on our departure. Room was clean and we enjoyed our welcoming fruit platter. Hotel location was good for our walking adventures in Porto and Metro passes were a lovely bonus if we needed them. Would highly recommend Hotel Jaguar

I’m so happy I chose this hotel — it was excellent in every way. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, responding to every request with patience and genuine care. The hotel is very clean, beautifully designed with great taste, and in a perfect location. The price was also very reasonable for the quality offered. I will definitely return on my next visit to Porto.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Airport shuttle was great, although Lisbon evening rush hour traffic can be horrid - especially if it's raining. Keep in mind if wanting to get picked up from the airport.

From the moment we stepped up to the Reservation Desk, we knew this was going to be THEE BEST hotel we were going to have stayed be at of the 15+ places we'd been at during our month-long Portugal/Spain vacation. The super friendly staff, the entire hotel's cleanliness, the generous welcome gift (which included a glass of wine and port), and the spacious and totally relaxing suite were only a few of the reasons we loved the place and will most definitely book at the next time we're in Porto! And did I say the the staff were all top-notch? 10/10!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable and the shuttle service was great. Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and very helpful in every way. We really appreciated their hospitality. The location of the hotel is quite ideal for walking to city center and a lot of sites in Porto. We highly recommend Hotel Jaguar Oporto!
