This is a gorgeous hotel with a wonderfully friendly staff. We were sad we only had one night there. The central location is also a plus.

i can't say enough about this hotel. It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and in the center of everything. Staff was great! I looked and didn't find a nicer hotel in Porto. Even the elevator was unique! It was much more than i expected. 5 stars

Welcoming environment with attentive staff. Drinks voucher and wine in room we're great touches. Would recommend making it easier to get water, i.e. not having to request but having dispensers in the hallways by rooms at night (I know it was available in the day, but it matters more at night). Porto stay

Lovely hotel in convenient position for train/metro/bus connections. Staff were very nice, friendly and welcoming. We had a double deluxe room which overlooked the pool/courtyard area and was very quiet. Room amenities were excellent, lovely big bathroom with walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable and bed linen was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Hotel decor was beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if in Porto Thank you for a very pleasant stay
