Very good hotel

Very good hotel, everything is new and beautiful. The only problem we had is that the air conditioning stopped working every 2-3 hours so we woke up 2-3 times in the middle of the night because of the heat. We notify the hotel every day and every time they said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. So the nights were nightmare, I would expect the hotel to change our room after the second night or offer partial refund, but they didn’t. everything else was good.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff extremely courteous especially at breakfast and when we had a beer and pizza in the restaurant. Breakfast a limited choice but all enjoyable. Hotel very clean and rooms spacious. Hotel is a 10 minute down hill walk to the start of bars and restaurants. Dont let the area surrounding the hotel put you off, there are a few derelict buildings around. Area is safe to walk around. All places of interest are easy to reach. Look forward to returning

Love the hotel. Breakfast could be much better.

I really liked the hotel. It was a little out of the main town (which is a benefit). Rooms were lovely, clean and with a nice vibe. PLEASE can you look at the breakfast - options were limited and you could tell the produce was cheap (it is Europe - fresh food should be aplenty). I think the coffee machine might also need a clean.

Close to main commercial shopping street, we walked everywhere. But the area itself is blah. Very comfortable and well appointed room - and treats (pastel de nata, port) when you come in every day. If you plan to be out all day but want comfort at night, this place is perfect.

The room was super hot when we got in. Temperature controls were difficult to work and turns out, only heating was functioning so we couldn't cool the room down. Made it hard to sleep. We were offered another room - but also with no ability to cool it down.

Hotel na skvělém místě, za chvilku jste pěšky v centru. Personal na recepci velmi příjemný. Na uvítanou jsme dostali skleničku Portskeho. Krásná designova koupelna, kde by bylo fajn mít více světla. Velmi příjemne jsou Velké huňaté osušky.

Reservation for 3 A lovely new hotel. It's just 10 minutes away from Bolhao Market and other major shopping, sightseeing area i.e. churches. It's a small boutique hotel no complain with the size and the room but there is no lobby area. Since we arrived early very tired and check in time is late in the afternoon, there is not much room area to wait inside the hotel especially on rainy day of February except for the couch by the front desk. The reception suggest we go to the backyard patio but there is no cover or heat and it was cold and rainy season. If there was a couch in the library room we would have stay there instead of waiting by the front desk. We just waited patiently for a room to be available since the hotel is fully booked. The front desk was kind enough to checked us in as soon a room was prepared and that was a blessing. We did not encounter any issue with all the staff during our stay and everyone we encounter are pleasant and accommodating. If you prefer to stay away from the crowded area this is a good place to rest and very safe area. The breakfast and pizza was good. The breakfast area is small and it's always busy in the morning we only ate there one time and the food are all fresh. The backyard patio will be useful during spring and summer season.
