Appart très bien placé, et à l'abri du bruit des travaux pour la nouvelle ligne de métro.Points négatifs : douche pas propre ; très peu de cintres ; rien dans la cuisine (au moins pour le petit déj) ; chaises tâchées ; parquet abimé, bref dégradation en cours.Points positifs : bonne literie, lumineux, calme. Bonne communication avec l'agence. Emplacement stratégique pour visiter.
