They had me a $50 deposit down even though I paid online and then they let us know that it would be refunded the next morning except for $10 that we had to pay to park at the hotel that we were staying at. We’ll never stay there again.

When dropped at the front door, had to give an extra tip to Uber to get out of the paid lot since check-in staff was too busy to ask how it works. Also, we nearly got trapped in the elevator as we left key cards in the room since we were checking out. Do you require jeycard to use elevator from 3rd fl to ground fl? Crazy.
