I had to go to the front desk after checking into my room to have a housekeeper come up and change my sheets. They were full of hair and little pieces of debris from the prior guest. Also, they do not disturb sign is two sided with the same thing on it, which means you’ll never get your room clean and also you have to chase the housekeeper down in the hallway when you see a card out to get clean towels even though the sign says leave them on the bathroom floor and they would be changed out every other day. That never happened. The breakfast was OK nothing to brag about

The room itself was nice but the cleaning needs improving. When we checked in, the floor hadn't been properly swept, and there were clumps of hair near the wall in front of the bed. The reception mentioned that cleaning was done every other day. However, even after the next cleaning, the clump of hair was still there.
