The guy in the front desk was so kind and did his job. But we waiting fo so long to get out key, it wasn’t his fault, he has no help and the computers were down, no backup way to do the keys, also no manager was present. The guy did his best but I was unhappy as the others waiting to get into the rooms after a long drive.

I chose this hotel based on price, photos depicted online, and proximity to the airport as it was a single night stay for a 6 AM flight. I was highly unimpressed. The front desk staff was friendly and that is about the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel. Lobby bathroom was out of paper towels and when I informed the front desk they said it had been this way for days. Decor was horrible. Tacky appearance and squeeze bottle soap dispensers. No TV remote in my room. Random hairs, dirt, rust, etc. The only way I would stay here again is if every other option was wildly unaffordable. This is the most disappointed I have been in a hotel in years. 0/10 recommend.

Overall, service and cleanliness of the room and facilities were great. Breakfast was pretty good the first day but could have used more variety from one day to the next for those staying multiple nights. Hot options were limited to pancakes, cheese omelettes and sausage (coins one day and links the next)

Man who checked us in was great. After that the front desk people were snappy and rude to myself and others each time i was in the lobby. Breakfast hours changing was inconvenient as well. Should be the same 7 days a week. We just barely made it in time our last morning in the hotel because it closed an hour earlier then it did over the weekend. Should update the pillows, so flat! Felt like there were a couple cotton balls in them and that was it. Super sore neck now after sleeping on them for a few nights.
