The Portland Regency was great. Centrally located,we could walk anywhere we wanted.Hotel room was beautiful clean and up to date. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Start off this Hotel is amazing. Right in the middle of the city and you can literally walk everywhere. The rooms were clean and the valet service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing I do not like is that we came for the Old Port half marathon and the prices of the hotel were literally double what their Normal prices are. I hate how hotels do this, knowing that there is an event and Jack the prices. Expedia won't let me add photos but I do reviews on Google so check it out. There are room pictures on Google with review as well

The customer service was amazing! Our coffee maker stopped working and they came right away with a new one as well as complimentary espresso. I was there for a local running event and everything was within walking distance. I can’t wait to stay there again!

Location was amazing and it is a lovely and charming hotel! The only “drawback” is being in an older building it can be a little noisy due to creaky floors! Otherwise, perfect stay, definitely recommend and would stay again!

The room we stayed in was okay but is dire need of updating and redoing. The carpet was stained. The bed was fine and the mattress was comfortable. I had difficulty finding convenient outlets for charging and had to move the bed stand in order to do so. Other outlet behind the curtain was stretched out and would not hold the plug. ? If the shower and bathroom floor were really sanitized. Qtip from previous guest was on the floor under the sink area. Staff were friendly and helpful. We expected a more updated/clean hotel.

Nice room with some space to move around, desk and chair plus lounge chair. The staff were friendly and quick to get us extra pillow and towels our 2nd night of stay. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The only thing was the ac didn’t run continuously, shut off for extended periods of time, but I may not have set it correctly. Overall nice stay, location was central for walking old port area.

We had a delightful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were delightful, the room was nicely appointed and the gym is well appointed. There is some street noise, but to be expected staying downtown. We would 100% stay again!
