More beautiful than I expected. The photos were nice but hotels always show their best pictures. This hotel lived up to the photos and more. Immaculate. Excellent service, perfect location in the Old Port. I cant wait to go back.

We stayed one night and caught a show. Hotel is convenient to the old port and 10 minute walk to the State Theater. Easy check in, valet parking and friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable.

My husband and I only stayed one night for a show at the Merrill Auditorium. What a nice hotel! Friendly front desk, clean and comfortable. Our floor had a little snack area near the elevators with coffee, hot chocolate, water and other snacks. The location is perfect! Within walking distance of the Old Port, Civic Arena and Merrill Auditorium. I think it’s valet parking only. I’d stay here again. The only drawback is there are thin walls. You can easily hear people outside, in the hallway and above you/next to you. We ate the bar in the restaurant. Drinks were great but unfortunately the dinner was not. My bruschetta was great but the braised ribs were overcooked and the whole meal had a very bitter taste. Bartender seemed overwhelmed and didn’t notice/care that we barely ate it. She was nice though. There are cute little igloos outside you can eat in for $100 reservation

Very pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast in restaurant, conveniently-located coffee machines with snacks on each floor. All in all we had a wonderful couple of nights mid-winter!
