Both the pool and hot tub was shut down it was the only reason I went there. They should have called and updated and I would have rescheduled for a time when they were working. I could have stayed home I scheduled for my birthday to enjoy the hot tub and the pool. I would have been happy to reschedule for another time. It sucked I drive 2 hours one way for nothing. I would have appreciated an update on the situation

Nice place over all. The pool and hot tub were ent available because of temporary alarm problems. Everyone was nice and helpful Right near the mall.

The fire alarm went off at 2:22 AM. We had to stand out in the creepy cold for half an hour and then the fire alarm continue to intermittently go off after we return. The next day I went to return and they were fire engines again around five or 6 PM and moving to another hotel however I couldn’t access my item because of the current fire situation I ended up staying. I really would like a refund of my day. It’s terrible.
