The room was great, clean. The breakfast was good. Only problem was the internet, extremely slow. Had to use cel phone to access the internet. Fortunately there was a strong cel signal and we able to get 10x the speed of the WIFI offered by the hotel

We always enjoy staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about this stay is no one checked our room and we’ve never ordered room service before and when we came back from our adventures the dirty dishes were still in our room. I didn’t know I was supposed to put them outside the door anc they were super packed so I’m guessing that’s why no one checked our room. We stayed 2 nights.

DISGUSTING AND STRIP CLUB. We stayed in Portland for our last night of the trip, I searched for hotels and saw this one was beside a mall, and restaurants. I did not expect a gentleman’s club AND the Hustler room where they buy their clothes literally in the parking lot. I called to get a refund and change location since we’re having children with us, they would not do it. So we stayed and arrived, dirty dishes were I front of our room, the keys did not work they said the door battery was dead. (I don’t believe that) our sheets had dirt on the top part, food crumbs on the floor, dust EVERYWHERE, the couch had stains and barley had any cushion due to extreme use of it. The lampshade had weird stains as did the floors. There was writing with a dry ease marker writing on our mirrors. The amount of dust in the bathroom vent was extremely gross. I have photos to show all that I’m saying. This hotel is extremely nasty.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The noise can be a bit loud for the rooms with doors open to the atrium. Breakfast is great. I’d recommend waiting in line to make your omelette first. I was disappointed with the pool hours. It’s such a large hotel and the pool is nowhere near any rooms so noise isn’t an issue for staying open longer hours so it was a bummer they opened at 9am and closed at 9pm. Restaurant was okay. Burger was bland and steak was burnt but the appetizers were wonderful. Great distance to shops and restaurants only across the street we drove because of the weather but you could probably walk.

A little worn, but comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The "evening reception" was just cheese and crackers, chips and salsa, veggies and dip night after night. The breakfast was decent, lots of options, but the made-to-order was superb. Cascadia Restaurant was over priced and just not good - go out for dinner.
