In room coffee maker was not working. Shower head had very little pressure. A bit noisy this time around with 3 busses full of kids that were hosted at this hotel. Customer service was and always is excellent though- the main reason we keep coming back.

I have stayed here in the past, and the last time a front staff worker had major attitude when I was trying to check out. I decided I wanted to give another try and once again, staff found her phoneore important than checking me in. Not to mention she told me breakfast was at 6:30 when it was 7:30, which isn't that major, but I had to leave at 7am and I set my time to eat before I go. Ugh! Never again!

Nice large king suite. Comfortable. Service was great. Only issue was the heat was too high so i turned it down a bit then got too cold. Tried to up again but wouldnt get warm and fan on it just kept much a loud high pitch noise didnt stop . I was so exhausted not much sleep. But i turned it off a few times by morning it reset or something. Repo rted to front desk. Never sent anyone.

The only thing I liked was it was in a nice area with shopping and food which is why I gave it two stars, but the hotel was just dirty the carpet was gross and stained in hallways and room, the microwave was missing the turning plate, the air vent fell off its screws when we closed the bedroom door that separates the sofa space to bedroom, there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on our shower rod, the shower curtain had stains and what looked like smeared boogers, and one of the faux leather chairs in our room was peeling I was not impressed
