The employee was excellent The room was nice although a few empty spaces where amenities should be was disappointing. The ac/furnace unit needed a good cleanjng.. very dry in the room No extra pillows or blankets

Cody was very pleasant, helpful and friendly! Rooms were modern, clean and great view! Convenient and walkable to all shopping, restaurants, dining and shopping! I would highly recommend this property.

The staff were very nice. We used the lobby to play games and eat dinner one night. The bar tender was amazing as well. The room were just ok. We had a junior suite and the pull out sofa was not good. No sheets or pillows. The thermostat was in that room and the heat was in the parents bedroom area. One was hot while the other was cold. The bathroom was ok, the shower didn’t have a door closing you in. The pool was not heated. The gym was very nice. I guess I should have done more research before booking.

Stay was ok. Room was very clean. Had an extremely loud neighbor with a barking dog keeping us up at midnight. Complained to front desk. Nothing was done. The Bistro restaurant is a joke. No food while we stayed even though they advertise food. No breakfast items in the morning other than fruit cups. Thankfully many eateries within walking distance. Becky’s diner is great! They lock the front door at night which is fine but it was locked on a Sunday at 4:30pm. You have to walk around the back of building to get back in. Staff was polite. Valet staff were great. Love having the car running and warm after we checked out. Probably would not stay again.
