We really enjoyed our stay here and the hotel in itself, it is cozy and beautiful inside and very well cleaned with friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious. One large disappointment for us was we booked this trip for our anniversary and due to weather we didn't want to have to leave the hotel and walk when it was 1 degree out, we found out Saturday the entire rooftop bar was closed due to a private event so we scrambled last minute to make a plan for our dinner which was hard to get a reservation elsewhere in such short notice. Another thing about the hotel was the windows had the worst draft, and worst view possible, we ended up having to keep the heat on as high as the thermostat allowed to keep it warm with the terrible cold. Our view out of the room was of a parking lot. I will say 5 stars for all the staff, they were extremely accommodating and kind

The amenities were great - we enjoyed the rooftop lounge, excellent appetizers and the staff was excellent, even the valet personal. I was surprised to realize parking was not included. We also enjoyed the shower.
