Avoid first floor hallways if you have allergies

Although my room on the third floor was cleaned quite nicely except for a random soda bottle on the floor of the bathroom at check in, the first floor of the hotel felt very dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke by the rooms. I also felt uncomfortable parking at the back lot alone at night. Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet was clean.

Don't stay if you have perfume allergy.

First room we were given had a very perfume like smell to it, opened the window and left the room fan on while we left for a few hours. Came back to the room and it was still extremely strong smelling to the point one of us was having an allergic reaction. Staff was great and offered us a new room, second room was even worse than the first one. They claim it is the "room freshener" they use. If it is in fact room freshener they must be using the entire canister. We cancelled and left the property.

Avoid at all costs!

Would not stay here again. Litany of issues. - Curtains had holes - Bathrooms were dirty - key cards did not work more than 1 use - TV was on a 8 minute delay, had audio/visual issues as well - management arguing with staff about number of gloves they were allowed to use when preparing breakfast! (Cross contamination?!) - AC units incredibly loud
