Room was nice, location was great. Full sized fridge and a stove top were both great to have though we didn't use them. Soap/shampoo in the shower was in a holder that was glued with something to the inside of the wall in the tub and it came off with just a little pressure trying to press the nozzle and get some soap. Breakfast currently unavailable because they had flooding recently and are renovating. Dehumidifiers in the halls even though you didn't hear anything running and didn't smell mildew or anything. Actually a nice place to stay, just minor inconveniences and still better than other places I've stayed at the same price.

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice, location was perfect. Dog friendly so we were kept up by barking until the owner went to sleep. Price of stay was affordable compared to other hotels. Full kitchen was a plus but we didn’t use it as we ate out all week.

This was the first stay we've ever had at My place hotels and it was the best. The room was clean,it felt like our own little apartment,it was quiet. The staff was friendly to us as well.

Parking was questionable for safety. Building recently had some minor flooding on 1st floor that I understand couldn’t be helped. Just didn’t have the best conditions for a new hotel. Also saw some ants and small bugs on floor in bathroom.

I wouldn't stay here again if it were the only hotel available. Tonight I went out and got some take out Chinese food and on the way back my wife called and said there was no utensils or plates or anything in the kitchen so I should ask at the front desk. So when I got back I asked the girl working and she said "we don't have that", so I said, wait, you have a kitchen and stove but no utensils? That makes no sense. She rolled her eyes at me and said "and it seems like you don't care either" . She said "if you would read the fine print on the internet you would know. If you need utensils, go buy it" that of course sent me over the edge. I mean, they bring you breakfast if you want, would that be without utensils? I'm sure if she wanted, she could have helped us out, but couldn't care less and as I'm waiting for the elevator, she's talking to a customer that walked in at the end about me. I've never been treated by such a rude person in a long time. Do yourself a favor and find an extended stay or other hotel with a kitchen that is actually usable. Also, check the "fine print" on the internet and nowhere does it mention anything about bringing your own utensils, dishes, pots and pans.
