Everything worked perfectly. It's a place to stay for the night and that's what you get. The kitchen does not come with a pot, so do bring yours if you plan to do so light cooking. We also brought some disposable plates, spoons and glasses and that all worked fine.

slowest check-in ever! Desk employee seemed like it was her first day. NO LUGGAGE CART AVAILABLE- EVER! And , they didn't seem to care! When you're on the 3rd floor, traveling with a dog and wife, that matters A WHOLE LOT! Liked it 1st time, never again!
