Good cost effective hotel

Stayed at the hotel whilst visiting family. There was an initial problem with the air conditioning in the room, this was resolved quickly and in a very professional manner. The hotel is in a good location with parking onsite. I have stayed in many hotels in the area and will be staying here again.

Accepting that this a budget hotel, we felt it was excellent throughout. The Colombian receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. We simply wanted a convenient stop prior to catching the ferry plus EV charging facilities. It filled all the boxes

We had a great experience staying at Holiday Inn. The staffs were very helping and supportive. The staff Aiswarya suggested us the nearby tourist attractions which helped us a lot.
