Nice stay with a restaurant on the premises. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Great place to stay before embarking on a ferry trip to the Channel Islands.

All the above positives as highlighted. Only challenge for us as late 70s and late 80 year olds was the fact that we were given an attic room with 40 plus steps and no lift. Had to ask for help with luggage.

Good central Poole location

Good location close to bars and restaurants. The burger at the pub downstairs was not great but service was excellent. The car park is very near and the cost is reasonable

Hotel staff helpul. Location good. Room very tired. Double mattress on a king size base and bed very high, too high for shorter folks. Restaurant poor. 20 min wait with not even a drink order taken, left before ordering.

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We felt at home and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and the bed was comfortable. Location great for experiencing the quay area of Poole. We had a wonderful time

We only stayed for 2 nights, but staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The Antelope is very close to Poole quay and a great place to explore from, we parked in the visitor multi storey car park spaces are tight but we had no issues parking

The property is convenient for visiting the local attractions especially by open top bus and boat. There is also an abundance of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is an older property, but the room was comfortable and clean.

A handy pub to know about

Very comfortable stay, a lot of stairs for a dog to climb up though, but i didnt say there may be an issue when booking! Will do next time. Food was very nice, plenty of it and good value for money.

I love old hotels with some character, much more than anonymous new ones. This had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay and the staff were very pleasant. A card with information about free wifi would have been helpful.
