The toilet don’t function properly and the manager hung up the phone when we called after two hours waiting on a solution. No change of room was offered and they threatened to kick us out. Keeping in mind we had two rooms on New Year’s Eve. We won’t be back at that hotel. Terrible customer service and non functioning toilet.

Front desk staff was very friendly even as he let us know the restaurant was closing at 8 for NYE, but he said the bar was staying open a little later. This turned out to be not true as the bartender informed us that he was already closed at 7:58 in a grouchy tone. There were at least ten of us in the lobby area who were interested in cocktails, but no. The restaurant and lounge were two things we were interested in when making a hotel reservation for this evening so we could avoid driving. I was also kind of hoping my balcony might overlook something more scenic than a parking lot and a side street. I could have saved $70 with a standard room. Clean room, but amenities?

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

The hallways had an odd smell, almost greasy or fried food. The shower took quite a while to get hot. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The lobby was very nice and it is in a nice area.
