The night front desk person one of the nights wouldn’t open a locked front door for my husband (yet he opened it for others) when he tried to enter the hotel after a 14 hr work day. Then when asked why wouldn’t, he gave a snarky comment back. Shameful. Otherwise everyone else was incredibly friendly and helpful

The room was fine. The towels and washcloths were really yellow and dingy. Like yellow. Which was pretty icky to use to clean my self with. Had to ask for a new duvet because the one in the bed had some weird stains on it. But when I asked the duvet was replaced. The barking dogs at night was not great. Kept us awake at night and woke us up. Otherwise it was fine.

Can’t beat the convenience of this hotel. Right next to the shopping center, grocery store and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff and one of the best hotel gyms. Highly recommend this hotel

I walked in to check in area and there was a sign to wait that they would be back shortly. I waited for a while then tried to make sure I did not have a dumpster view from my balcony that I paid extra for. The girl looked very nervous so I knew I did. She offered to change to another room with 1 bed, but we needed 2 beds. Then I got to room and it was a horrible view/no view. I went to get my nails done and came back to get a drink and the refrigerator was not cold. I tried to turn it up and the knob came off. I called downstairs to get someone to come up and she said 15-20 minutes. No one ever came up. I turned up the refrigerator with my tweezers. I am a Gold Hilton member and this is how I’m treated. That room should never be sold as a balcony room.
