Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

A POOL SAFETY FENCE is available and must be requested before check-in.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

We had an amazing stay at Surf Luxe! We were so comfortable there, we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is great. 20th Wedding Anniversary vacay!!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was so clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was so well stocked, putting green was a plus and my husband had his Tigerwood’s moment. We would love to make this a yearly vacation for us. This place was amazing! The pool and outdoor living space was the groups favorite, but my favorite part was how comfortable the beds were!! Would recommend to anyone going to Jacksonville! Super close to the beach and plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas!

Fantastic Property

Very nice property. House has everything that you need. Great kitchen. Pool and back porch are a perfect place to spend the days. Quick, easy walk to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Note that all of the beds have plush, luxury mattresses. If you don't like or can't sleep on a soft bed, then you may not like these. This is the 2nd Jacksonville property managed by Mike that we have rented, and I have no hesitation recommending either of them.

Great stay at this property. The outdoor area was very large, the heated pool the perfect temperature, and the kitchen size great for a group. Great, modern updated house with pool close to beach

This is a great house with spacious interior and open concept with a private backyard and pool. House was clean and pleasant to stay in. Very close to the beach in Jax and centrally located to everything you'll need. The street is quiet and safe. You'll spend all your time in the kicthen which is wonderful or outside on the pool deck. The beach chairs are a nice touch. The beds are extra extra soft memory foam, so it you prefer something firmer - you may be uncomfortable. The living room furniture is not very comfy either and there is no place to lay down to watch TV. Would suggest that the owners purchase a bigger sectional sofa and recliner so that there is a comfortable place to sit/lay down in the living room. We would rent this house again as it worked well for our family!
