We had the suite so it was really great having the separate sitting area. Breakfast Buffett is nice, room was clean, and outdoor pool area was very beautiful (but too cold to swim). Overall, very pleased with the room.

The stay at this hotel was very nice! Our room was very spacious, clean, and accommodated the dog that we had with us very nicely! The staff was very courteous throughout our stay, and breakfast had a nice variety of food to choose from! I will definitely stay again!

The maids were nice but did not speak English very well. They should at least know the names of items on their carts without referring to their phones for translation. At the beach, cleaning the rooms every two days is not enough.

As a long time, former beach resident, the staff made me feel right at home. Everything about our experience, from the ocean view and right down to the pillows and perfect bed, was top drawer. My favorite hotel on the ocean in North Jacksonville Beach.
