I left my phone in the restaurant and as I was walking into my room they called me at the front desk. Extremely clean rooms and hotel. Courteous staff. Will definitely be back. Restaurant is excellent!

The hotel was clean, the location is fantastic. Our bathroom sink was clogged, but maitnenance arrived within 15 minutes of our call to the front desk and had it taken care of right away. The restaurant had great food and drinks. The coffee shop could use a better quality breakfast items. Overall enjoyed our stay, especially coming from the cold New England weather.

Upon arrival, we noticed wine and other visible stains throughout the room, including on the furniture, carpet, and walls. When we contacted the front desk to express our concerns, we were informed that the upholstery was scheduled to be cleaned in March. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience. Instead, we were presented with a downgrade as a solution, which did not adequately address the issue. We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and a more customer-focused response.

Over all the rooms were very comfortable, nicely kept, and staff was very pleasant. Enjoyed my stay and will stay there again, even though I I am a lifetime Marriott titanium, I would return to this hotel next time I’m in the area.

Our room was on the 8th floor. Water pressure was super low. Front desk sent someone up, they couldn't figure it out. Said they would be back and never resolved. Housekeeping missed cleaning up trash cans, coffee area, etc. Average Hotel quality for the price.
